Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Delivery estimates vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical delivery times are as follows:
  • Domestic Shipping (France): 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 14-30 business days

Shipping Destinations

• We ship to addresses worldwide. Please note that shipping to some remote locations may take longer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Ami Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

• Ami Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

• Ami Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to update the address and re-ship the order at the customer’s expense.
